About The Position

ProcessUnity is seeking a driven, high-agency Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in competitive environments, acts without waiting to be told, and is motivated to continuously improve their craft. Our ideal candidate is experienced and demonstrates high ownership. This role is based in the United States but supports sales across the EMEA region. As a result, the schedule will align with UK business hours (9:00AM - 5:00PM UK time), which corresponds to approximately 4:00AM - 12:00PM Eastern Time.   • 1+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience

  • Persuasive in writing, and confident speaking to executives
  • Sharp with tech: Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more

  • You actively prioritize continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and fast-follow up on inbound leads
  • Lead high-quality conversations with CISOs, CROs, Procurement, and Compliance leaders about their risk and compliance challenges
  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and your own creative approaches to build trust and open doors
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate to build strategic account penetration plans
  • Analyze your performance metrics and optimize to meet and exceed goals
  • Share insights with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and trade shows
