About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative – EMEA to drive revenue growth across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve regional sales targets. The ideal candidate has experience selling into diverse markets within EMEA, understands cross-cultural business dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing multi-country territories.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Fluency in English required; additional European or Middle Eastern language(s) preferred (e.g. Spanish, English, German, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales (specify industry if needed: SaaS, manufacturing, medical devices, etc.).
  • Understanding of regional regulatory and business practices.
  • Experience working with channel partners or distributors.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
  • Preferably located in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Prospecting Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned EMEA territories.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Sales Execution Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Regional Strategy & Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor offerings for EMEA markets.
  • Provide feedback from the region to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in regional trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Support localized marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
