As a Business Development Representative at Crisp, you will play an integral role in driving pipeline growth. Your primary responsibility (80% focus) involves proactively engaging and qualifying inbound leads via speed-to-lead outreach. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will quickly identify client needs, clearly communicate the value of Crisp's solutions, and directly schedule qualified Strategy Sessions onto our Account Executives' calendars. Additionally, you will independently generate new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting (15% focus). Your effectiveness in outreach and initial relationship building will directly contribute to the overall growth and success of our net-new sales team.
