Requirements

  • Call-center experience is preferred
  • Highly motivated and persistent
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Honest work ethic and a desire to help others
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Schedule appointments and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers both in person and on the phone
  • Develop rapport with prospective buyers
  • Maintain and update vehicle listings on various online platforms
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
  • Complete transaction paperwork and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond to internet leads and set appointments
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
