Requirements
- Call-center experience is preferred
- Highly motivated and persistent
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Honest work ethic and a desire to help others
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and build lasting relationships with customers
- Schedule appointments and monitor customer satisfaction
- Greet customers both in person and on the phone
- Develop rapport with prospective buyers
- Maintain and update vehicle listings on various online platforms
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
- Complete transaction paperwork and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to internet leads and set appointments
- Assist with other tasks as needed
