About The Position

We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Pre-Sales team at our North Brunswick, NJ office. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with limited but relevant experience who is eager to build a career in business development and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply) or some prior sales/pre-sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach
  • Highly energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work on-site from the NJ office
  • Candidates must reside within 25 miles of North Brunswick, NJ
  • Applicants living beyond this radius will not be considered

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls to prospective clients
  • Send and follow up on cold emails to generate leads
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets
