Cyclomedia is seeking a Business Development Rep Lead to guide and develop a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) team responsible for generating qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. In this role, you will combine hands-on leadership with strategic execution—driving outbound sales activity, strengthening collaboration with Marketing, and ensuring disciplined CRM management and reporting. This is a critical role for scaling our go-to-market efforts and building predictable pipeline across our Local Government and Commercial markets. This position is based in our Middleton, WI office and follows a hybrid work schedule.
