You will translate complex commercial data into executive-ready insights, support cross-functional alignment, and drive operational efficiency across the team. Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in business operations, BD operations, program management, management consulting, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development or Sales teams
  • Strong analytical and dashboarding skills; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting
  • Advanced presentation skills with ability to create executive-level narratives and decks
  • Solid understanding of commercial context, deal structures, and client requirements to produce accurate reporting
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to work effectively with leadership, Finance, and operational teams
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Structured thinker with process-oriented mindset and repeatable operational approach
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously while collaborating across diverse stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare, payer, provider, or value-based care environments preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for business processes, dashboards, and market research is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain BD deal infrastructure including accounts trackers, pipeline dashboards, and opportunity maps
  • Standardize contract summaries and deal documentation to support internal alignment and executive reporting
  • Analyze pipeline performance trends, identify operational improvements, and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership updates, translating pipeline movement into clear insights and risks
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams on forecast alignment, deal timing, and documentation requirements
  • Support quarterly and annual growth planning with data-driven insights for market prioritization and capacity planning
  • Manage team operating rhythm: set agendas, track action items, and continually improve meeting effectiveness
  • Maintain and evolve the BD slide library, core pitch decks, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control
