This Business Development & Operations Intern role supports and collaborates closely with the Director of Concert Operations and the Business Development team within Live Nation Concerts. The internship is based in Beverly Hills at Live Nation’s headquarters.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate, Senior, or Junior student currently enrolled in an accredited College or University.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in using data, spreadsheets, and forming basic analysis.
  • Self-starter, eager to learn and able to build trust.
  • Bias towards Action.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Preferred)
  • Prior experience in consulting, sales, marketing, project management or startups

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, strategic, audience-centric materials that support internal or external communications by drafting pitch decks, proposals, executive communications, and building narratives around specific services.
  • Build and launch internal site for proposals and pitch decks.
  • Keep cross-functional efforts moving forward by managing effective communication, tracking deliverables, and aligning key stakeholders.
  • Partner with teams to implement new processes, tools, and ways of working while promoting clarity, engagement, smooth transitions, and high adoption of new tools.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to support decision-making, project development, and strategic planning.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries, reports, and/or presentations for stakeholders.
