The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging connections to centers of influence. This role requires a high level of business acumen, market insight, and relationship-building expertise to expand our market share in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in building and leveraging networks to generate business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Ability to always exhibit NBC core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability.
