This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and expansion of banking relationships. This will be accomplished by effectively implementing a business development plan to meet monthly production goals and financial growth objectives. Prospecting and customer engagement activities include developing and maintaining an active prospect list, customer outreach plan and quality referral sources. This position works with local and remote sales teams to build and manage total financial relationships.
