Focuses on customer retention by resolving problems quickly, displaying a courteous and helpful demeanor and identifying needs. Is knowledgeable of the businesses' within the market. Conducts outbound calling efforts and identifies sales opportunities through the acquisition of new customers and deepening current relationships through cross sells. Travels throughout the branch network consulting with current and targeted customers in regards to their business banking needs.
