How This Role Impacts Live Oak and its People Live Oak is on a mission to be America’s small business bank, delivering modern financial services that meet customers where they work. As Business Development Officer for Live Oak Embedded Banking, you will be a front-line revenue leader responsible for driving new partner acquisition and accelerating growth across our embedded banking platform. This is a highly sales-oriented, quota-carrying role designed for a hunter who consistently beats targets and thrives in complex, consultative sales environments. You will own relationships from first conversation through contract execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to bring modern banking capabilities directly into vertical SaaS platforms.
