The Business Development - Nuclear/Data Center position is responsible for the development, growth, support, and long‑term success of VSP Technologies’ Nuclear/Data Center initiatives within an assigned region. This role drives customer acquisition and strategic account expansion while positioning VSP as a trusted technical and commercial partner. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and closing new customers, supporting national contracts, monitoring industry trends, and coordinating customer training. The role also involves leading high-level customer engagement, identifying opportunities for VSP engineered solutions, collaborating with engineering, and projecting a professional image. Financial planning duties include developing forecasts, preparing annual and quarterly budgets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and documenting customer savings using Salesforce. The position requires close collaboration with internal sales teams, engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure effective execution of growth initiatives and maintaining positive working relationships across all VSP departments.
