About The Position

Working hand in hand with the Sales team to drive growth through new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in [industry - e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, finance, etc.]).
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and revenue growth.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive clarity from ambiguity and ensure understanding between internal and external customers
  • Must work well with others in a team environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to align messaging and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and regular pipeline reports to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
