About The Position

ITAC is seeking a motivated and creative Business Development & Marketing Associate (BDMA) to join our team. As a leading provider of integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects, ITAC is constantly growing and expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting company business development, sales, marketing, social media, and general administrative needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in business development or marketing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assists with creating, designing, and delivering marketing collateral.
  • Proficient with business development and marketing tools (advertising and graphics software), website content, and social and print media.
  • Strong background in creative writing.
  • Manages and maintains the company’s social media presence, creating and distributing current company information using selected social media platforms.
  • Assigned special business development and marketing projects from time to time (examples: the company’s annual golf tournament, trade show participation, sponsorships, employee functions).
  • Assists with assembling, editing and proofreading qualifications packages and proposals for accuracy, consistency, and conformity to current brand standards.
  • Performs desktop publishing tasks (such as formatting to ensure proper styles, fonts, and graphics are being used) and finalizes packages adhering to RFP specifications and ITAC brand standards.
  • Responsible for administrative support to the assigned company group.
  • Priorities will be defined by the assigned supervisor.
