This role involves conducting and analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities, market insights, and business opportunities, including analysis of customer budgets, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses. The specialist will support Business Development, Capture Manager, and Proposal Managers in responding to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP) notices, developing proposal templates, capturing supporting matrices, participating in pipeline reviews, opportunity gate reviews, technical writing, and proposal reviews. They will contribute to a market intelligence database by developing a thorough understanding of the federal contracting arena, including large and small businesses. The position requires editing, standardizing, and revising material prepared by other staff members, meeting deadlines, adhering to project plans, ensuring conflicts are addressed, multi-tasking, and working on several projects simultaneously. Additionally, the specialist will create and implement strategies to promote IMG corporate products and services, develop and execute marketing and communication approaches with leadership guidance, assess, create, manage, and update IMG social media content, assist with website development and maintenance, and support business intelligence activities including research for proposals and marketing, communicating insights across various HQ departments, and analyzing collected data point trends to improve corporate win strategies.
