ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in association with the VP BD to continue to develop / maintain a profitable client base and increase market penetration in the Caribbean region and with International OFS companies. Support BD activities for strategic accounts in additional areas as assigned including OFS companies globally as a key support in Houston for the Stabil Drill brand. Achieve or exceed revenue targets in line with regional and global business objectives. Work with BD Team on reviews of customer terms and conditions, quotations, tenders and technical inquiries in above areas to ensure accurate and timely responses to our clients at all times. Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and further develop relationships with oil, gas and CCUS operators, drilling contractors and other service companies. Always ensure that these customers are fully aware of equipment and services that Superior can provide. Proactively and consistently gather information on customer upcoming work scopes, competitor activity, competitor pricing and report back to senior management. Travel within the region as required, including that which is required to manage strategic accounts within the greater Caribbean region. Represent Superior at industry trade shows and conferences within the Caribbean region. Complete training as assigned to gain proficiency in understanding Superior’s products and services, as well as compliance with global quality program. Work with regional management to identify opportunities for the deployment of assets that would provide a competitive advantage in the region. Ensure that Superior is prequalified with all prospective customers for upcoming opportunities and that Superior is invited to participate in formal bidding opportunities. Work closely with Superior’s regional operations team and provide basic operations coordination in the event of out of office events, holidays, sick leave, etc. Work with Superior personnel with regard to achieving and maintaining accreditation to ISO 90001 and 140001 standards. Assist operations with compliance to local legislation, customer requirements and Superior’s Global QHSE and Safety procedures Gain awareness of and general support to Superior Energy Services sister companies working within the region.
