This position is based out of Kennesaw, Georgia, and is primarily remote. The role reports to the Sales Director, Home Depot. Travel requirements are 10-15%. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive selling experience in CPG with major retail accounts.
  • Proven experience in business development and account management within home improvement retail, specifically with Home Depot, driving sales growth, vendor partnerships, and category expansion.
  • Skills: Interpersonal Communication, Customer Focus, Planning Skills, Analytical Reasoning, Business Acumen.
  • Language skills: English as a daily working language.

  • Forge Dynamic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at The Home Depot. Understand and tackle customer challenges, priorities, and needs. Identify decision-makers to elevate collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
  • Execute Brilliant Sales Strategies: Spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies within The Home Depot. Collaborate seamlessly with Strategic Sales Leads for optimal business results.
  • Uncover New Sales Horizons: Propel Fiskars' presence in underpenetrated categories at The Home Depot. Craft and implement strategies for heightened visibility during crucial promotional periods.
  • Masterful Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Dive deep into sales data for precise forecasting. Ensure operational efficiency to deliver impeccable service at The Home Depot.
  • Collaborate for Collective Success Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & NPD, Operations, and Customer Service. Attend sales shows to bolster Fiskars' market leadership at The Home Depot.
