Check us out at LangeTech.com The job: As our Business Development Manager , you will drive strategic growth by expanding relationships with key customers, channel partners, and vendors while meeting order goals and developing qualified opportunities across assigned territories. You will follow a structured outreach plan, maintain an active sales pipeline, and log accurate data in the CRM. Key responsibilities include identifying new leads, collaborating with estimating to ensure margin-aligned quotes, attending trade shows, and supporting marketing efforts. You will also serve as a customer advocate, manage expenses, and lead NPS feedback sessions. Success in this role is measured by your ability to meet sales targets and support the company’s growth strategy.
