Our client, Transitions Elite, is looking for a Business Development Manager to own event-driven growth and relationship development within the veterinary industry. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy individual contributor role with direct ownership of outcomes. You will represent the brand at key industry conferences, build trusted relationships with practice owners, and convert in-person conversations into measurable revenue impact. This is not a people-management role - success is defined by execution, follow-through, and results. The role operates within a rapidly consolidating veterinary landscape, including organizations such as Banfield & VCA (Mars Inc.), private equity–backed platforms like Southern Veterinary Partners, Mission Veterinary Partners, Pathway Vet Alliance, PetVet Care Centers, and growing independent groups such as NVA, CareVet, and Community Veterinary Partners.
