Products include digital and analog radio/audio management systems, Tac/Com, VHF/UHF radio systems, intercoms, data interface accessories, and aural warning. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within their designated market segment. This includes acquiring new business, growing existing relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The BDM will work closely with key accounts to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate customer insights to the factory for continuous product improvement. In addition, the BDM will plan and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet both legacy business goals and generate profitable new revenue, ultimately achieving the company’s bookings and growth targets.
