As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across existing and new customers. You will own lead generation, pipeline development, and closed-won targets, while working closely with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities. You will be part of a global commercial team, operating remote or from our offices in Leiden (NL), Atlanta (US), and Singapore, with regular travel. You are results-driven, you set ambitious goals and take ownership of outcomes Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a Pharmaceutical company, CRO, or Central Laboratory Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals Excellent networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships Fluent in English (written and spoken) Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus Why us?
