About The Position

Join a growing team in Dallas — competitive pay and up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients within or serving the PK-12 Education market sectors, specifically within the DFW area. Engage PK-12 clients (e.g. independent school districts) for which Braun Intertec has been selected as qualified to perform engineering and testing services. Strengthen existing relationships with PK-12 clients and identify new opportunities within these accounts. Identify and target top, potential PK-12 clients on an annual basis. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with PK-12 clients and their A/E/C consultants to drive business growth. Work closely with local teams to align business development efforts with market needs. Coach, model, and drive business development in the Dallas, Texas based business units of Braun Intertec. Provide coaching and guidance to our Service Delivery team for the purpose of transitioning client relationships to them, in a “seller-doer” capacity. Lead by example, demonstrating effective business development strategies and techniques. Drive overall business development initiatives to achieve growth targets. Research and share market and competition trends to Client Development, Service Delivery and Technical Practice teams. Attend approved, industry conferences to network and gain insights into market trends. Engage with approved, industry organizations to enhance Braun Intertec’s presence and influence. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport
  • Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities to contract
  • AEC, Geotechnical and Materials Industry and/or K-12 and Public background and expertise
  • Demonstrated Ability to effectively maintain a relationship through entire sales process, as well as through long-term client growth and project delivery, in collaboration with Service Delivery team
