About The Position

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry, with a keen focus on safety and infection control. They provide partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. NOVO Health Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support continued growth across key markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the healthcare sector. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex service-based solutions, and is passionate about delivering value to healthcare partners. NOVO Health Services is the only "one stop shop" service provider in the U.S. currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with both Healthcare Laundry Services as well as Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions. The company is growth-oriented with an expanding national footprint, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare operations within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% or as required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into healthcare systems, hospitals, or service-based industries
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, linen services, or infection prevention environments
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, Supply Chain, EVS, and Operations leaders)
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Understand client needs and position Novo’s solutions to deliver measurable value
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to support seamless implementation of new accounts
  • Represent Novo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
