This Business Development Manager role is a key strategic position for an experienced sales professional focused on building deep, lasting partnerships. As part of a strategic realignment, the position is elevated to intensely focus on a curated portfolio of approximately 20 of the most important and high-potential general contractor accounts. The role moves away from high-volume, transactional bidding to high-value, proactive relationship management. The mission is to serve as a true partner to clients, increase the win rate on strategic projects, and drive sales growth within the assigned portfolio.
