Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty chemicals for food, sanitation, water treatment, legionella control, facility maintenance, restroom order control and industrial cleaning. The Business Development Manager leads initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding in target markets. This role is pivotal in driving RMC's growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs for our WellBeing hygiene service & products & Commercial & Institutional, Water Treatment divisions. The ideal candidate will be a 'hunter' and comfortable with searching for opportunities and 'cold calling'. Candidates with experience selling HVAC, medical or janitorial supplies are preferred.
