They provide innovative solutions in environmental compliance, material handling, and high-performance aftermarket technologies globally. Trimay operates as their dedicated wear technology brand. This new Technical Sales & Business Development Manager role for Trimay aims to accelerate commercial growth across utility and heavy industrial markets. The position is being created to expand market penetration and increase adoption of Trimay’s advanced wear, impact, and corrosion-resistant solutions in high-value, technically complex applications where current penetration is limited. This role will serve as a dedicated commercial growth engine for the U.S. market, responsible for driving technical sales execution, developing new opportunities, and converting underpenetrated applications into long-term revenue streams. Success will be defined by the ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes in close partnership with internal sales and product teams. This role will align under UCC Global Parts Sales & Product Management and work closely with UCC Field Sales, Trimay Operations and Engineering, and UCC Product Management and Global Product Development leadership. The position is intended to complement and enable existing field sales activity by increasing technical depth, consistency, and proactive market development.
