TCC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Development Manager, Cross-Sell to drive the growth and execution of cross-sell initiatives across TCC Member Companies. This role is responsible for identifying revenue opportunities, launching and managing cross-sell programs, educating internal teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable analyzing data, managing initiatives end-to-end, navigating frequent client escalations, and collaborating with diverse internal and offshore teams.
