About The Position

Do you enjoy building real relationships, being out in the field, and representing a company you’re proud of? Paramount Restoration, a respected leader in the restoration industry, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand our sales department. In this role, you will represent Paramount Restoration within the commercial market, building long-term partnerships with commercial property managers, ownership groups, regional portfolio managers, insurance adjusters, and insurance agents throughout our service area. You’ll serve as a trusted resource during critical moments, delivering urgency, professionalism, and white-glove service when clients need it most. We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who can confidently set expectations, educate partners, and nurture long-term relationships. The right candidate will thrive in a high-performance, collaborative team environment that values partnership across all roles in the organization. Some travel is required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in services or commercial markets
  • Proven ability to generate new business within a defined territory
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and in-person
  • Comfortable educating clients and setting clear expectations
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Experience with CRM systems and mobile sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings, site visits, and events
  • Ability to sit, stand, or participate in meetings for extended periods
  • Local travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events
  • Occasional walking at events or carrying materials (up to 20 lbs)

  • Restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow new business through relationship-based selling
  • Develop long-term partnerships with commercial referral sources
  • Prospect new accounts through outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Host and attend networking events, lunches, and client education sessions
  • Educate partners on our services, processes, and response standards
  • Collaborate with leadership and operations to support market growth
  • Represent Paramount Restoration with professionalism and confidence
  • Attend occasional after-hours industry events
