The successful candidate will combine strong industry relationships with the ability to collaborate closely with operations and preconstruction teams to position our company as a trusted partner. Building new client relationships, maintaining current client relationships, and identifying opportunities and advocates in strategic expansion areas. Help develop and execute the business development strategy for each Reeves Young Business Unit with input from Executive Leadership team. Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client.

Requirements

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, active developers, REITs, and owner/operators.
  • Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client.
  • Develop and maintain information in Reeves Young's Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Must have proven tenured record of Construction Business Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with proven success and increasing responsibility
