About The Position

Paul Davis seeking a Business Development Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, HOAs, facilities directors, residential, commercial, and local business organizations. You'll be the face of the company across our San Francisco and Peninsula territories - introducing our property restoration and remediation services, identifying partnership opportunities, and representing us in the community. Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B relationship-based sales (examples of ideal background : HVAC, Automotive, Glass Repair, Roofing, Plumbing, Construction, Janitorial, Pest Control, Landscaping, Facilities Services, Equipment Suppliers, Logistics Companies)
  • Strong networking and presentation skills - comfortable representing a service brand in the community
  • Self-motivated and proactive; thrives in autonomous, field-based work.
  • Local familiarity with San Francisco, Peninsula, and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, HOA, commercial facility teams, and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and local business associations.
  • Conduct lunch-and-learns and vendor presentations with prospective clients.
  • Monitor local property trends, weather events, and construction activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
