About The Position

Hailiang Copper Texas, Inc., a rapidly growing manufacturer of copper tubing and related products, is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to support its continued expansion in the United States market. This outside sales role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories or market segments. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. While prior sales experience is preferred, industry experience in copper or construction materials is not required, as training and product education will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a professional sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings and outside sales activities
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed
  • Valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, HVAC, plumbing supply, or industrial products sales
  • Experience managing B2B customer relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Foreign language skills (Chinese Mandarin or Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using company CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in company training programs to develop product knowledge and professional sales skills
