About The Position

Ready to own growth in one of the fastest-expanding staffing markets? This is a full-time, sales-driven role for a sharp business developer who knows how to open doors, build pipelines, and turn relationships into revenue. You’ll tap into your network, hunt new opportunities, and help us scale staffing across data centers, technical operations, industrial teams, and emerging verticals. Location: North America - Fully Remote

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience within staffing, ideally technical, industrial, or construction-related.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound pipelines and driving measurable revenue or opportunity growth.
  • A strong professional network you can activate—technical industries, skilled trades, field operations, or similar.
  • Familiarity with staffing for on-site roles (electricians, tech ops, maintenance)—data-center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong research and analytical mindset to validate new markets and test new go-to-market approaches.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable running sales motions with autonomy.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, outreach tools, and structured follow-up workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts to win new staffing partnerships across technical, industrial, and data-center-related markets.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads while building a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline.
  • Leverage your existing professional network within technical, industrial, construction, or staffing sectors to accelerate warm introductions and deal flow.
  • Own the top-of-funnel → mid-funnel sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, relationship-building, and opportunity activation.
  • Target on-site staffing needs—electricians, technicians, installs, maintenance, ops—and pitch solutions that match client demand.
  • Run market research sprints to identify new verticals (like customer support offshoring, technical trades, and other niches worth testing).
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to align leads with delivery capacity and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track trends, competitor insights, and market shifts to shape strategy, pricing, and positioning.

Benefits

  • Full-time, fully remote role open to candidates across South America.
  • Work on high-growth verticals including data-center staffing, technical operations, and experimental markets.
  • High autonomy — build your own outbound engine, test strategies, and shape direction.
  • A fast-moving team that values initiative, experimentation, and ownership.
  • Clear growth pathways as the staffing business scales rapidly.
