Paramount Restoration, a respected leader in the restoration industry, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand our sales department. In this role, you will represent Paramount Restoration within the commercial market, building long-term partnerships with commercial property managers, ownership groups, regional portfolio managers, insurance adjusters, and insurance agents throughout our service area. You’ll serve as a trusted resource during critical moments, delivering urgency, professionalism, and white-glove service when clients need it most. We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who can confidently set expectations, educate partners, and nurture long-term relationships. The right candidate will thrive in a high-performance, collaborative team environment that values partnership across all roles in the organization. Some travel is required. This role offers a competitive compensation package with first-year on-target earnings of $80,000–$90,000, combining a base salary with performance-based commissions. Earnings are driven by consistent relationship development, territory growth, and long-term partnerships rather than transactional or high-pressure sales tactics. Our compensation structure is transparent, attainable, and supported by strong operational execution, allowing you to focus on building trust and delivering value to your clients.
