We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Business Development Manager in Florida to join our team. You will support the sales needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role Monday to Friday, with availability during nights and weekends to address client needs and to allow for on-site presence. Make a difference as a Business Development Manager As a new Business Development Manager at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling daily routine focused on driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition, while preparing and presenting proposals tailored to client needs. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend hours for client meetings and site visits. You will collaborate closely with team members, providing updates and insights during regular communication sessions. Daily tasks may involve coordinating with marketing on outreach campaigns, responding to client inquiries, and tracking progress against goals.
