We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Dealer Development Representative to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the business development needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. Some weekend and evening hours may be required. In this dynamic position, you will actively sell our indirect financing programs while overseeing promotional initiatives and providing vital market insights to management. Key responsibilities include identifying sales prospects, maintaining dealer partnerships primarily through franchise dealerships, and leveraging our CRM system to track documentation submissions. You’ll enhance dealer relations through consistent communication, acting as a liaison to resolve any issues while ensuring compliance with program expectations. Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services is essential for effectively managing dealer accounts, achieving origination volume targets, and facilitating smooth operations within our dealer network. Your contributions will not only drive the success of our financing programs but also foster a thriving community of powersports enthusiasts.
