The PAR Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our outpatient health care facilities and for promoting all outpatient and specialty services to the physician and business community, having a primary focus on Oconee Health Campus. The position assists with lease management and new construction. This position provides support services in all functional areas of sales including the utilization of affiliate services, cultivating and strengthening referral activities by implementing and promoting professional services, develops relationships with employed and community physician practices. The role fosters problem solving facilitation for operational issues that prevent business coming to PAR.The role requires a flexible business-minded, experienced sales resource that focuses on facility-specific service lines that are in alignment with the market strategy, an educator and expert at how the health system functions and must promote all outpatient services. This role exhibits all PAR Cultural Beliefs to create better experiences for our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Requires a minimum of five years in healthcare industry and/or sales experience/liaison experience required.
  • Experience working in healthcare.
  • Experience with research and analysis of data.
  • Position will require regular travel within service area.
  • Valid State of Georgia Driver's license and clean MVR required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with editing collateral preferred.
