The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an experienced Business Development Manager to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Specialty Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Operators, and Electronic Hardware. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of entry doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
