The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts. This role is focused on identifying target accounts, initiating conversations with prospective customers, and building early-stage pipeline for SDC’s custom automation solutions. This is not an account management or inbound sales role. Success in this position requires disciplined prospecting, consistent activity, and the ability to engage manufacturing, operations, and engineering leaders at the Director and VP level.
