Business Development Manager

Holbrook Life Management LLCAlpharetta, GA

About The Position

Role Overview Holbrook Life is expanding its external business development platform to unlock premium, recurring revenue across our portfolio of luxury wellness communities. At the center of this growth is a powerful — and currently underutilized — asset: our HydroWorx hydrotherapy pools. Each Holbrook community is equipped with state-of-the-art aquatic therapy environments designed for recovery, rehabilitation, and performance. Meanwhile, physical therapy clinics, sports medicine groups, athletic programs, and wellness providers in our markets are actively seeking access to warm-water therapy — often without facilities that meet our standard. The Business Development Manager is responsible for converting this demand into high-value, contracted partnerships that drive utilization, revenue, and brand presence. This is a field-driven, relationship-led role focused on securing hydrotherapy partnerships while also expanding Holbrook’s external wellness ecosystem through Holbrook Club relationships, community partnerships, and SteadySteps distribution. This role is designed for someone who is energized by being in the field, building trust with decision-makers, and turning conversations into long-term, contract-based revenue.
