Whether it's midnight sign-ups, events, or seamless payments, we're the behind-the-scenes magic that makes success happen 24/7. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in a targeted territory. This is an outbound sales role where you’ll own the entire cycle, from identifying cold leads to closing new business. Along with traditional cold calling, you will build strong local networks and relationships, becoming a trusted partner in assigned markets. For this role, the territory focus will be Texas, with plans to expand into additional regions as we grow.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a local/community focus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-starter with resilience and a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as this role requires frequent in-person visits to client locations. Mileage reimbursement provided based on company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Build, manage, and grow an assigned territory.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities from prospect to close.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a strong local presence through outbound communication, networking, events, and partnerships
  • Full Sales Cycle: Deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Expansion: Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for territory growth and future expansion.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximize client success.
  • Travel: Approximately 70% travel within your territory to build and maintain client relationships.
