About The Position

Evolution Time Critical is a Metro Supply Chain Group company and an independently recognized market leader in the field of critical logistics, currently focusing on growth at its USA-based operation through dedicated sales in a previously under-exploited market. Role Summary To effectively generate new business and develop existing accounts within the USA.

Requirements

  • Telesales experience
  • 3 – 5 years of external sales and airfreight experience with proof of results.
  • Key account management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Developed networking skills
  • Ability to travel locally, domestically and internationally as required, via the most economical method including personal car, rental car, bus, train or plane, up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive and sustained daily telesales contact to identify and develop customers.
  • Plan and carry out effective regular trips to present to prospective clients across the USA.
  • Achieve personal annual sales target of new business which contributes to overall annual sales team target.
  • Maintain good working relationships with the Evolution Time Critical (ETC) USA operation.
  • Represent the company at conferences/exhibitions.
  • Ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained in all activities.
  • Diligently and promptly maintain company’s CRM reporting system.
  • Enhance and improve customer relations.
