OXOS Medical is searching for a Business Development Manager to join our high-growth team. You will be a key contributor to OXOS Medical’s commercial expansion strategy. In this role, you will accelerate regional growth by managing the full sales process, supporting and enabling distributor performance, and serving as the technical and clinical expert on OXOS Imaging products, including the MC2 platform and accessories. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities both inside and outside OXOS’s existing channels, while ensuring strong pipeline health and execution across your regional territory. Working closely with the VP of Sales, you will implement strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure that customers and distribution partners receive exceptional commercial, operational, and clinical support. This role requires a high-energy, self-starting individual with strong medical device sales experience, deep technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization with aggressive sales goals.
