About The Position

As part of the Enterprise team, you’ll collaborate with a close-knit group of six experienced Business Development Managers. You’ll proactively uncover new opportunities with enterprise, levy-paying clients through confident, data-driven market research. The team leverages a range of outreach strategies including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and marketing initiatives to connect with potential clients and drive meaningful engagement. Given the longer and more complex sales cycles typical in enterprise accounts, you’ll need to strategically prepare, research, and build outreach campaigns that target key stakeholders such as HR Directors, L&D Directors, Chief People Officers, and other senior decision makers. Success in this role requires organisation, patience, and the ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with multiple stakeholders across large organisations. Requirements

  • Proven success in telesales or business development (essential)

Responsibilities
