Requirements

  • 10+ years experience commercial role within events, hospitality, or marketing/communications
  • An established network of relevant clients and decision-makers that can be actively leveraged to generate new business opportunities fast.
  • Willing to travel across North America
  • Strong ability to build relationships and open doors at senior levels
  • Commercially sharp, with a strategic and curious mindset
  • Strong communicator and storyteller - able to sell a vision, not just a scope
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (No scrambled oeufs at Egg, svp.)

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
  • Agency experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new business development for the US market, identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities in line with egg’s growth ambitions
  • Build and activate your existing US client network (“black book”) to generate qualified leads and new brand opportunities
  • Proactively prospect and open doors with decision-makers, positioning egg as a strategic partner for brand events and experiential marketing
  • Represent and promote egg’s brand, capabilities, and expertise within the US through meetings, presentations, and industry networking
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and keep egg commercially relevant in US
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of won business and a strong client experience from pitch to delivery
