Business Development Manager Growing Green, St. Louis's leading Interior and Exterior Plantscape company, is growing its sales team. This full-time role includes prospecting for new opportunities, designing incredible spaces, and building relationships. Plants and people are better together, and this role's mission is to put more of them together. Growing Green has an amazing support team, tech, and holiday team for smooth transitions. Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs. business-to-business sales.
  • Strong will to succeed.
  • Positive winning attitude.
  • Competitive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Can prioritize, organize, and effectively multitask.
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred (but not required).
  • Experience with plants or design.
