Evolver is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support and drive growth across federal civilian customers, with a focus on IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and security solutions. This role is designed as a mid career, hands-on business development and capture professional who can independently own and execute opportunities while collaborating closely with Business Development Executives, technical leaders, proposal teams, and operations. The BDM manages defined pursuits and portions of accounts, translating customer insight into executable capture strategies that improve probability of win (pWin).
