We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our class action claims servicing business. In this role, you will engage institutional clients with potential claims in major class action settlements, guiding them through end-to-end claim preparation, filing, and ongoing management services. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to long-term client partnership—while contributing insights that help shape future market strategy and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, data-driven outreach, and client relationship management in a specialized and growing area of financial services. HYBRID role based at our Norfolk, VA Headquarters (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
