About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the data center and server hardware space, with a focus on PCB (Printed Circuit Board) solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding Lens Technology's presence in AI infrastructure, servers, and data center ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PCB/EMS manufacturing or hardware supply chain, and a proven track record in B2B sales or account management within the data center industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong background in PCB, EMS, semiconductor, or data center hardware industry
  • Familiarity with server architecture, networking equipment, or AI infrastructure
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with hyperscalers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Existing network with server OEMs / ODMs (Dell, HPE, Supermicro, etc.)
  • Understanding of PCB design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain
  • Experience in AI server, GPU clusters, or high-performance computing (HPC) markets
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
  • Experience selling into consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of precision manufacturing, glass/structural components, or integrated modules

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in data center, cloud infrastructure, and AI hardware markets
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts (server OEMs, hyperscalers, system integrators)
  • Promote company capabilities in PCB, precision manufacturing, and related components
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation closing
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to align technical solutions with customer needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and customer demand in data center and PCB sectors
  • Support RFQ/RFP processes, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
  • Achieve revenue targets and support long-term strategic growth
