The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth across the region through the proactive generation, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities. This role requires a commercially astute and results-driven professional capable of managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting through to pitching, negotiation, and successful deal closure. The position demands a strong ability to identify untapped markets, build strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and company objectives. Working closely with the Regional Operations and Finance Managers, the BDM will ensure that new business initiatives are commercially sound, operationally achievable, and strategically aligned with corporate growth plans. The successful candidate will strengthen B&H Worldwide’s market presence, enhance custom er engagement and uphold our reputation for Best-in-Class service delivery within the aerospace logistics sector.
